I had it all assembled and decided that the X and Y carriage were too flimsy so I have redesigned it using V-slot. here is the partially built X carriage.

Much more rigid and looks better too.

How much did all the v-Slot stuff cost?
I got to reprint some stuff Andrew 🙁 Used a torque driver instead of a screw driver lol

If you guys need some parts printed, send them through dwayneblack (at) 3brothers.com.au
If you can just send through the parts you want….and maybe run them through netfabb prior.

The V slot was not expensive at all…. NO torque driver just a hex wrench.

So here are the results of the redesign rebuild.
